Track 2 · What you can do2 of 6

Trading & the built-in exchange

An order book and automatic dispensers that are part of the protocol. No exchange account, no custodian.

Trading on XChain isn't a separate app bolted on top. The order book, the matching, and the dispensers are part of the protocol itself, and every trade settles directly on the blockchain.

You list: sell 100 ACME for 0.5 LTC
tokens held in protocol escrow
Protocol matches by best price. No middleman.
Settles on-chain: buyer gets ACME, you get LTC

The order book

Place a sell order saying what you're offering and what you want in return; a buyer fills it. You can cancel or modify open orders. There's no central exchange and no custodian; trades settle directly between addresses, and can be paid in the chain's native coin.

Dispensers: sales on autopilot

A dispenser is a vending machine for tokens: set a price, and anyone who pays automatically receives the token in return, around the clock, with no backend server to run. Great for simple sales, fundraisers, and faucets.

You stay in control

Because everything settles on-chain between addresses, you never hand your funds to a third party that could freeze or lose them.

Sell the token itself

A token carries both its balances and its ownership (the right to update it and mint supply). You can sell that ownership role on the exchange too, handing an entire project to a buyer atomically.
