BET runs a decentralized betting market end to end: anyone can open a market, anyone can wager any XChain token on it, the protocol escrows every wager, and the market's creator publishes the winning outcome. Betting is parimutuel, so every wager goes into one pot and everyone who backed the winning outcome splits it in proportion to what they staked. There is no order book, no counterparty to find, and no bet left sitting unfilled.

- Back an outcome and let the protocol hold the stakes: winners are paid automatically when the result is published, with no claim step to remember.
- Take a cut as the market's oracle: set a fee of up to 10% of the pot when you create it.
- Set a minimum stake, and gate who may bet with allow / block lists.
- Cancel before a market settles and every wager refunds in full; leave one unresolved past its refund window and the protocol refunds everyone for you.
